Shipping & Processing
Dakimakura are custom-made; allow 1-2 days processing. Tracking provided.
Shipping:
- Normal: 7-20 days shipping.
- Express: 5-7 days shipping.
Free Shipping: Not available in some regions (Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, remote islands).
Customs: May be subject to local duties/taxes. Check your local customs website.
Packaging: Discreet packaging (grey bag/envelope), marked as gifts. Shipping costs to your country are covered.
Phone Number: Include your phone number for delivery/pickup.
Return Policy
Returns: Email support@AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com (name, order #).
No Refunds: Buyer's remorse (wrong design/size/address).
Cancel Fee: 15% before shipping.
Returned: Reship (pay fee) or partial refund (value - 50%). No shipping refunds.
Condition: New, unaltered. Report issues within 3 days.
Time Limit: Request within 30 days. No credit for shipping damage (contact shipper).
Mis-delivered / Returned Parcels
Not responsible for returns/mis-deliveries due to:
1. Wrong/invalid address.
2. Failure to collect from post office.
Reshipping fee required. No compensation for mis-deliveries caused by these reasons.
