Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing animedakimakurapillow.com (the “Website”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who you are dealing with

The Website, the Anime Dakimakura Pillow brand and the domain animedakimakurapillow.com are owned and operated by:

JWE Group Limited is the parent company of the group of companies that operates the Website (the “Group”). The domain name animedakimakurapillow.com is registered in the name of Che To Jonathan Woo, the sole director and ultimate beneficial owner of JWE Group Limited, and is held for and used exclusively by the Group.

JVK Trading LLC is a wholly-owned member of the Group and acts as the authorised operational agent and merchant of record of JWE Group Limited for the collection of customer payments, under a written management and operational services agreement between the two companies. Both companies are under common ultimate beneficial ownership.

This means that, depending on your payment method and location, the entity named on your card statement or payment receipt may be JVK Trading LLC rather than JWE Group Limited. Both entities are part of the same group and both stand behind your order.

Charges from this Website will appear on your card or bank statement as: [BILLING DESCRIPTOR]

If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — see clause 14 (Contact us). We can usually identify and resolve the transaction the same day.

2. Eligibility and age restrictions

By using the Website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Certain sections of the Website contain adult products and adult-oriented artwork intended solely for adults. You may not access, view or purchase from those sections unless you are 18 or older. We may require age confirmation before granting access to adult content, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the purchaser is under age.

All characters depicted in artwork sold on this Website are fictional and are depicted as adults aged 18 or over. We do not permit, produce or sell any material depicting minors. Any product or custom design request that in our judgement depicts, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting, a minor in a sexualised manner will be refused and removed, and the order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We sell anime-themed body pillow covers (dakimakura), inner pillows, related merchandise and adult wellness products. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but:

• Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and printing tolerances;
• Fabric texture, weight and finish may vary slightly between production batches;
• Minor variations in print positioning of up to approximately 1–2 cm are normal for printed textile products and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale, and to limit order quantities, at any time.

4. Orders and formation of contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where:

• the product is unavailable or has been listed at an incorrect price;
• we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
• we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse or a breach of these Terms;
• the order cannot lawfully be shipped to your destination country.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website and may be converted at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee, over which we have no control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude import duties, customs charges, sales tax, VAT and any other levies applied by the destination country. You are the importer of record and are responsible for paying any such charges. We cannot predict these amounts, and refused parcels that are returned or destroyed because import charges were not paid are not eligible for refund of shipping costs.

6. Custom-made and personalised products

We offer custom-printed products made to your specification. For these orders:

• You must hold all necessary rights to any image, artwork or text you submit, and you grant us and our production partners a licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.
• You must not submit material that infringes third-party rights, that depicts real people without their consent, or that depicts any person under 18 in a sexualised manner.
• We will send you a digital proof for approval where applicable. Once you approve the proof and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Custom-made and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where the product is defective or materially differs from the approved proof.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom request at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and delivery

Production and dispatch times are stated on the relevant product page. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for parcels delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Full details are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our full returns process, including how to request a return authorisation, is set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

• Cancellation before dispatch: contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund your order in full if it has not yet entered production or shipping.
• Returns window: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: for reasons of hygiene and public health, adult wellness products and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed packaging has been opened. Custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable (see clause 6). This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund at our discretion, at no cost to you.
• Refund method and timing: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Return shipping: unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

9. Payment terms and chargebacks

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card details on our systems.

We do not operate subscriptions, memberships or recurring billing on this Website. Every charge relates to a single order that you have placed and confirmed.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us prevents us from resolving the issue directly and, where a chargeback is raised in bad faith in respect of goods that were delivered as described, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and to recover our costs.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Anime Dakimakura Pillow name and logo, site text, product photography, layout and code, is owned by or licensed to JWE Group Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or exploit any part of the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Artwork appearing on our products may be created by, licensed from or commissioned from independent artists and partners. Rights in that artwork remain with the respective rights holders.

10.1 Copyright complaints and takedown requests

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders. If you believe that material offered on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at Support@AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com with:

• identification of the work you claim has been infringed;
• the URL or product code of the listing complained of;
• your contact details and your relationship to the rights holder;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.

We review all such notices promptly and will remove or disable access to listings where a complaint is substantiated.

11. User content and conduct

If you submit reviews, images, custom artwork or other material to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that material in connection with our business, and you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights to grant that licence.

You agree not to use the Website to: break any applicable law; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; harvest data by automated means; place fraudulent orders; or post unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this clause.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We use your data to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Products sold as adult wellness items are intended for personal adult use only and must be used in accordance with any instructions and safety information supplied. They are not medical devices and no medical claims are made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JWE Group Limited, JVK Trading LLC and their officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any material you submit to us.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Before commencing any formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
