Quick questions

✨ Will the print match the photos?

Yes. The product photos show the actual print that ships.

⭐ Which fabric should I pick?

Two-Way Tricot if it is for daily use: it has the most stretch, detail and durability. Peach Skin if this is your first cover and you want to keep the spend low.

✂️ Will it fit my inner pillow?

Match the cover size to your inner pillow: 59 x 19.6 in (150 x 50 cm) or 63 x 19.6 in (160 x 50 cm). Two-Way Tricot is the most forgiving fit. Covers do not include an inner pillow. See our inner pillow.

♻️ Can I swap covers on one inner pillow?

Yes. The hidden zipper lets you change covers over the same inner pillow whenever you like.

✉️ Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Plain black bag or brown box, with no anime branding on the label or the customs declaration. Free shipping on orders over $99.

❄️ Can I machine-wash it?

Yes. Machine wash cold on gentle in a mesh bag, then hang dry. No bleach and no tumble dryer. If you need to iron, use low heat on the reverse side only.

✅ What if something is wrong?

Tell us within 100 days. If your cover arrives damaged or the print is off, we will replace it or refund you.
