HOW IT WORKS

Your art in 3 steps

Three step guide: 1 choose a fabric, 2 upload your art, 3 receive and hug your custom body pillow

Pick your fabric and size, then upload a front image and a back image (or paste a folder link if your files are large). We only print when your image quality is suitable, then ship in plain packaging.

IMAGE OPTIONS

Is your image ready to print?

Pick the option that fits your file at checkout.

Yuki the cat-ear maid explains the three image options: Upscale AI is free, Redraw is plus 30 dollars, and No need if your image is already sharp

Upscale with AI is free and sharpens your file for full-size printing. Redraw all details is +$30 for a cleaner, crisper print. Choose No need if your image is already high resolution.

Our store offers 100-day returns. Custom covers can't be returned, since we can't restock a custom print.

Quick questions

✨  What file should I upload?

A front image and a back image. If your files are too big for the uploader, paste a folder link instead. For the same art on both sides, upload it twice.

?️  Can I see my design before it prints?

Yes, on request. Just ask us. We only print when the image quality is suitable.

⭐  Which fabric should I pick?

Two-Way Tricot is our best material and our recommended pick: the most stretch, detail and durability. Peach Skin is the easy starter.

✂️  Does the price include an inner pillow?

No. The cover ships on its own unless you choose Yes under "Add Inner Pillow?". The inner pillow matches your cover size.

✉️  Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Plain packaging with no anime branding on the outside. Standard worldwide shipping runs 7 to 14 days, express is 7 days or less, and shipping is free on orders over $99.

❄️  Can I machine-wash it?

Yes. Machine wash cold on gentle in a mesh bag, then hang dry. No bleach and no tumble dryer. If you need to iron, use low heat on the reverse side only.

✅  Can I return a custom cover?

No. Custom prints can't be returned because we can't restock them. Our 100-day returns cover standard items in the store.
