TOP QUALITY

Straight out of the bag this pillow oozes quality, it's a well made pillow of standard size, with a well stitched and soft cover, with no sign of any filling egress or even any down fibres in the packaging. The first thing everyone does with this pillow is to give it a squeeze, that's when you realise where the money goes; it's awesomely soft, like how I'd imagine hugging a cloud to be, but it quickly springs back into shape beautifully, like it's being inflated with an air hose.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

It raises a smile every time our customers use this pillow as we gently sink into it and feel it carefully hugging our head, it's a very comfortable feeling and our customers have had several good nights' sleep with it over a couple of weeks. It's not lost any of its definition despite plenty of abuse by myself and the kids (who wanted to try it too).

On its own this pillow is probably only good for back sleepers, it doesn't lift your head much. Because we like a bit of support, our customers have used this lovely pillow on top of a standard medium-density microfiber pillow, this provided just the right elevation for their normal side-sleeping style by Anime Dakimakura Pillow shop.

PACKAGING AND INSTRUCTIONS

Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.

We value our customers privacy and we understand that you may not want people to know what you ordered, whether it's your neighbor, family member or mailman. Therefore, we ship your order in a plain cardboard box with no reference to ADP at all. The sender is from JWE. The label of content is either toy, gift or pillow cover. Depends on what you ordered. For 18+ products , it will be labeled as toys.

Shipping & Processing

All dakimakura are tailor made and takes about 2 to 4 business days to process after receiving your payment. Tracking Code for ALL orders. Note (some 18+ Onahole products can only be shipped by Postal service due to shipping policy restriction)

* Please be advised that due to the increase on the actual shipping costs, free shipping to some parts of Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and other remote islands is not supported. Free Shipping will not be applied to these remote countries. Thank you for your kind understanding.

We keep the parcels in a grey bag or special envelope for privacy. Then mark the parcel as gifts and will be paying for any associated shipping cost involved in the parcel arriving to your country. Our International Fulfilment and Shipping center is strategically located in HK and Singapore.

Return Policy

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:

For returns, please send us an email at support@AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse (purchased wrong design/fabric/size/undelivered address, etc.). Therefore, please be 100% sure about what you want to buy before placing your order and address is correct!
For orders not yet shipped but cancelled, there will be a small 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production and this requires disposal of the merchandise.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. If you would like to treat it as a return (applicable only for wrong item sent or product quality issues), we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don’t make it dirty or altered.
Returns issues must be raised within 2 weeks from the parcel has been sent out with valid reasons (ie reasons due to no longer needed are not accepted as valid reasons for return items)
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

Mis-delivered / Returned Parcels
We are not responsible if your parcel is mis-delivered or returned to us due to

Your supplying of a wrong/invalid delivery address during order confirmation
Your failure to pick up your parcel at the post office.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. If your parcel was mis-delivered (delivered to another address) due to any of the above reasons, no compensation will be provided.
