✨  What files do I upload?

One image for the front and one for the back. JPG works best at 120 DPI or higher. Too big for the uploader? Paste a folder link.

❤️  What can I upload?

Your own art, OC, doujin and other SFW or 18+ designs are fine. We do not print anything involving minors.

☁️  Does it come with an inner pillow?

Not unless you pick the option that includes one. Browse our inner pillows if you want to pair one with your cover.

❄️  How do I wash it?

Cold and gentle, inside out. Air dry flat and skip the hot dryer.

⚠️  What if my image is too small?

We only print when the quality is suitable. If your file is too small we'll let you know. Our artists can also upscale or fix it for you through the Drawing Service.

✅  Can I return or cancel a custom item?

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable because we can't restock them. The exception is a defect or a print that doesn't match your approved design. Once production starts, the order can't be changed or cancelled.
