Is the packaging actually discreet?
Yes. Plain brown outer carton, no anime art, no logos, no character names. Return address reads "ADP Distribution." Inside the outer carton is a sealed inner pouch. Nobody handling the package will know what's inside — it reads like an electronics order.
What exactly comes in the set?
Two complete vibrating onaholes — two separate body-safe TPE sleeves, each with its own USB-rechargeable motor and its own texture. It's a dual set, so you get two distinct feels to rotate between, not one sleeve with two ends.
Are the two textures different?
Yes — the two sleeves are molded with different internal textures so each gives a distinct sensation. The whole point of the set is variety: pick one by mood tonight, the other tomorrow.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge them?
Each motor runs around 60 minutes per full charge and takes roughly 120 minutes to recharge over the included USB cable. Charge both fully before first use. A blinking indicator means it's time to plug that one back in.
Can I get them wet or clean them under the tap?
The TPE sleeves are removable and washable — rinse them under the tap. The motor caps are IPX5 splash-resistant only, so wipe them but never submerge. Take the sleeve off the motor before cleaning every time.
Is the material body-safe?
Yes — both sleeves are body-safe TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), phthalate-free and latex-free, with ABS motor caps. Same material grade used by major Japanese makers like Magiceyes, TamaToys, and Rends. Wipe down before first use.
How do I clean them?
Remove each sleeve from its motor cap, rinse with warm water and a few drops of toy cleaner, squeeze out the water, and air-dry inside-out. Once dry, dust lightly with cornstarch (NOT talc). Wipe the motor caps with a damp cloth — never submerge them. Do this every time and they last for years.
What lube should I use?
Water-based lube only. Silicone-based lube degrades the TPE and ruins the grip. Pjur Aqua, Wicked Aqua, ID Glide, or any drugstore water-based brand works. A pea-sized drop goes further than you think.
Are they loud? Will people hear the motors?
Each runs under 50 dB — quieter than a desk fan or an electric toothbrush. Behind a closed door, nobody's hearing them. The TPE sleeves also muffle the motor noise considerably.
What's your return policy?
100 days. If neither one vibes with you for any reason, send the set back within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no awkward email thread. Hygiene exception: must be in resalable condition (unused or lightly tested with cleaning evidence).
