Yes. This is the one trade-off. If you're a collector who keeps the original box for display or resale, do not add this service. We can't unremove a box once it's been removed. If you're a normal human who was going to toss the brand box in 30 seconds anyway, this saves you the step and the visual evidence.

Correct. Every ADP outer packaging is discreet. The shipping label shows the ADP fulfillment address and your delivery address — no product name, no "adult content," no "18+." Customs declarations use generic terms (cotton goods, household items, etc.) where legally permissible. 

No. One $5 service covers the entire order, no matter how many items. If you have three onaholes and a lube bottle in your cart, the same one service fee removes the boxes from all three. Add it once, we handle the rest.

Barely. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days; this service fits inside that window 99% of the time. We may need an extra day on big multi-item orders, but you'll never lose more than 24 hours. Standard shipping still runs 7–14 days to most countries; express still runs 7 days or less.

Kept and included. We fold them flat and tuck them inside the inner sleeve with the product. So if you actually need to know "do not microwave" or "wash with neutral soap," that info is still in the package. We just remove the loud outer art and naming.

You can, but it's usually overkill. Dakimakura covers and inner pillows already ship in our standard plain-box system — there's no manufacturer "adult" box to remove. This service exists specifically for onaholes, lubes, vibrators, and other items that arrive in a manufacturer-printed retail box. If you order a dakimakura cover and add the service, we'll still apply it and refund the $5 if there was nothing to remove.

If they open the outer carton: they see bubble wrap and a plain kraft sleeve. If they open the sleeve: they see the product, unbranded. There is literally no labeling that says what it is. Plausible deniability is 100%. Whether you choose to use it is between you and your conscience.

Yes. The outer label only shows our shipper address and the recipient address. No product name appears anywhere on the parcel. You can ship to any address and the recipient will get a plain box. We do not include itemized packing slips on the outside of any package, ever.

Plain outer-box shipping IS our default and is always free. This $5 service is the extra step — manually removing and discarding the manufacturer brand box from inside before re-wrapping. That's hands-on labor on every order that uses it, which is why it's a separate add-on. Five bucks covers the time. Cheaper than therapy after a parent finds your packaging.

The service itself isn't refundable once we've processed your order (we already did the work). But if we somehow ship the package with anything that compromises discretion — visible product name on the outside, anime art bleeding through — we refund your $5 payment.
