Your privacy is important to us. Orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no reference to ADP. The sender is listed as JWE, and the contents are labeled as "toy," "gift," or "pillow cover," depending on your order. For 18+ items, the label will read "toys."

Shipping & Processing
All dakimakura are custom-made and take 2–4 business days to process after payment. Tracking is provided for all orders. Note: Some 18+ Onahole products can only be shipped via Postal Service due to restrictions.

- Free Shipping Restrictions: Free shipping is not available to some regions, including parts of the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and remote islands. Thank you for your understanding.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International packages may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for details.
- Discreet Packaging: Parcels are shipped in a grey bag or special envelope for privacy, marked as gifts. Shipping costs to your country are covered.
- Contact Number: Include your phone number during checkout to ensure delivery or pickup if needed.
Return Policy
- How to Return: Email support@AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com with your name and order number.
- Non-Refundable Reasons: No refunds for buyer’s remorse (wrong design, size, or address). Ensure your order details are correct before purchasing.
- Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled before shipping incur a 15% fee due to production costs.
- Returned Parcels: If your parcel is returned, you can pay for reshipping, or request a partial refund (product value minus a 50% restocking fee). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Conditions: Items must be in new, unaltered condition. Returns for wrong items or quality issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
- Note: Returns must be requested within 2 weeks of shipping. No credit is given for shipping damages; please contact the shipping company for compensation.
Mis-delivered / Returned Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels returned or mis-delivered due to:
1. Incorrect or invalid delivery address.
2. Failure to collect the parcel from the post office.
If returned, you must pay for reshipping. No compensation is provided for mis-delivered parcels caused by the above reasons.
