Is the packaging actually discreet?
Yes. Plain brown outer carton, no anime art, no logos, no character names. Return address reads "ADP Distribution." Inside the outer carton is a sealed inner pouch. Nobody handling the package will know what's inside — it reads like an electronics order.
How does the auto-cyclone actually work?
A motor inside the shell spins and twists the TPE sleeve in a rotating, suction-style motion — the "vortex" — so you don't have to do the work by hand. Press the button to cycle through 3 rotation speeds and 2 suction intensities until you find your setting.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
Around 60 minutes of run time per full charge, which takes roughly 120 minutes over the included USB cable. Charge it fully before first use. A blinking indicator means it's time to plug her back in.
Can I get it wet or clean it under the tap?
The TPE sleeve is fully removable and washable — rinse it under the tap. The motor shell is IPX5 splash-resistant only, so wipe it down but never submerge it. Take the sleeve out before cleaning every time.
Is the material body-safe?
Yes — the inner sleeve is body-safe TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), phthalate-free and latex-free, with an ABS outer shell. Same material grade used by major Japanese makers like Rends, Magiceyes, and TamaToys. Wipe down before first use.
How do I clean her?
Remove the TPE sleeve, rinse with warm water and a few drops of toy cleaner, squeeze out the water, and air-dry inside-out. Once dry, dust lightly with cornstarch (NOT talc). Wipe the motor shell with a damp cloth — never submerge it. Do this every time and she lasts for years.
What lube should I use?
Water-based lube only. Silicone-based lube degrades the TPE and ruins the grip. Pjur Aqua, Wicked Aqua, ID Glide, or any drugstore water-based brand works. A pea-sized drop goes further than you think.
Is she loud? Will people hear the motor?
She runs under 50 dB — quieter than a desk fan or an electric toothbrush. Behind a closed door, nobody's hearing a cyclone. The TPE sleeve also muffles the motor noise considerably.
What's your return policy?
100 days. If she doesn't vibe with you for any reason, send her back within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no awkward email thread. Hygiene exception: must be in resalable condition (unused or lightly tested with cleaning evidence).
Will she lose her shape or torque over time?
