That is the entire point of this listing. Upload one image for the front, one for the back. They can be totally different characters, the same character in two outfits, SFW + 18+, husbando + waifu — whatever you want. Just label them clearly in the order notes ("Image A = front, Image B = back") so we don't flip them.

Peach Skin: budget default, velvety, sharp color. Natural Velvet: plusher and softer, premium feel. Two-Way Tricot: stretchy, glossy, sharpest print — what most "connoisseurs" pick. Japanese Textile (2-Way): the stretchy, slightly translucent fabric that the discerning crowd specifically asks for. If you don't know, Peach Skin is the safe pick. If you've owned a cover before, you already have an opinion.

If your inner pillow is 150 × 50 cm (most JP-licensed inserts), pick Standard 150. If it's 160 × 50 cm, pick Extended 160. The mini and square sizes need their own inserts — we sell them separately. When in doubt, measure your inner pillow, don't trust the listing photo where you bought it.

Our fault, our cost. If the print is wrong, colors are off, fabric is defective, or anything we did is the reason it doesn't match the file you uploaded — full refund or free reprint, your choice. Photo proof and we move fast. The 100-day window starts the day she lands.

Before we print: yes, full refund, no drama. Once printing has started (usually within 24 hours of order): no — she's already being made specifically for you and we can't put that ink back in the bottle. So double-check your file before you click buy. Or email us within an hour if you panic.
